- Seating Chart
Orchestra (Zones 1 & 2) – Tier 1
The entire theatre is considered to be stadium style seating and is very similar to a movie theatre. The center orchestra has a left section, a center section, and a right section. Each section consists of 11 rows, which range from Row A (first row) to Row L (last row). Center seats will probably sell out first as this seating provides the most possible interaction and participation. The side sections offer a great view and also provide great interaction and participation.
Rear Orchestra (Zones 3 & 4) – Tier 2
The rear orchestra also consists of a center, left and right section. The center section wraps around the sound engineer station and, even though it is further back, offers fantastic views of the stage.
Accessible Seating
There are at least ten seats available for handicapped accessible seating. The locations of these can be seen in the chart below. Accessible seating is only available for a handicapped patron and a companion. If there is a party of four and one of the four is in a wheelchair, two of the seats can be sold in the accessible section while the other two seats need to be sold outside of the accessible section. If a performance is sold out, handicapped accessible seats may not be sold to non handicapped accessible patrons. If accessible seats have not been sold by the day of the performance, the seats are released for sale to the general public.

The show is recommend for children ages 5 and older due to safety concerns (the show is rather loud) and courtesy to other patrons. It is up to the Box Office or Front of House Manager to admit exceptions. All children must have a ticket and sit in their own seat. Complimentary earplugs to patrons are provided. If your child is sensitive to loud noises or frightened by loud music and strobe lights, this is probably not the show for them. What is the poncho section?
The first four rows of the theatre (Rows AA-DD) are the poncho section. If you sit there, you are provided with a poncho to wear, because the Blue Men work with some materials that splash around and can make a mess. Everything the Blue Men use is washable and edible (but don't eat it). The ponchos have hoods and cover adults just past the knees. People in these seats should wear casual wear, nothing that would need to be dry cleaned. The poncho section is the most "interactive" part of the theatre.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. It is a casual environment. Dress comfortably. People should not wear delicate attire (leather/silk/suede/dry cleanable) if they have poncho section seats.
If I'm running late, can I still get in?
Yes. Late patrons are seated at the discretion of House Management, at a time when seating them will not interrupt the show.
Where is the best place to sit?
All seats in the theatre provide a good view, with no obstructions. Naturally, customers would like to have the most centered seats, not far from the stage.
How is parking at the theatre?
The Blue Man Group theatre is located in Universal CityWalk in between Hard Rock Café and the entrance to Universal Studios theme park. All guests need to park at Universal's parking garages which connect directly to CityWalk. Parking is only $3 after 6:00pm and $15 before 6:00pm.
How can I purchase Blue Man Group merchandise?
Our merchandise will be sold in our theatre lobby store at Universal Orlando or online at www.blueman.com.
I am sensitive to strobe lights. Is that a concern?
Strobe lights are used during two portions of the show. People sensitive to strobe lights should know this when deciding whether or not to attend the show. (Strobe lights may cause seizures to people with epilepsy). If people sensitive to strobes do decide to attend the show, they should alert the House Manager when they arrive. The House Manager will work with them to help them leave the theatre before the strobes happen, if that is their wish.
